Im subscribed to the monthly $10+tax, hoping to get a number in my current city for buzzer purposes. I dont even use this app that often, but I find it difficult to connect calls! I have random missed calls without knowing, and the quality isnt that great - so even though Im home, I miss people buzzing me and packages.
The company needs to streamline how to connect/answer calls. Rather than forwarding or requiring users to open the app to answer calls it would be best if it was simply rerouted/forwarded immediately - not the system they have now.
