Absolutely love this app!

Great App & VOIP service

Im happy. I dont have any problems with the app working with my cellular network - sound is clear, app features function as promised. A second phone line for business on my iPhone is just want I was looking for!

Great app, BUT

Why in the heck cant I change the notification sound for texts ? Or even shut it off independently from the ringer ? I need the ringer on, but cant handle that supper annoying ding sound. Please add the ability to change and shut off these sounds individually.

The ringer dose not working properly.

The ringer dose not working properly, quite often go to voice message directly. Missed many calls! It repeatedly requires sign out and sign in to make it work. It works half day and off line again. It needs a lots attention to make it work!

Works really well!

Great to have a second line with my area code. I have a dead cell area in my home and this does the trick by connecting by wifi.

Do not subscribe to this app. Its a money milking gimmick. They dont have a customer service. Be very aware getting this app. It doesnt work.

Works Okay

It works best for calling out. Over the last 2 years I have had mixed results with incoming calls on both my computer and iPod. Sometimes Im sitting on my computer with the app open and it doesnt ring there only on the iPod even though the app is closed on the iPod. Sometimes the iPod doesnt notify me at all either. Very inconsistent handling of incoming calls. It would be nice if its updated to use the new Callkit in iOS 10. Hopefully that would improve incoming call handling.

I am not sending my text message also the application not announcing as not recieved, it seems like recieved my message buy not revicieve...

its kind of expensive...!

i could text through wifi by my mobile for free not a problem. it said free but actually not. in additional, when someone making an incoming calls are connects straight to there company operator.

Great product

Im not sure the problems some reviewers are having… I find this to be a great product and have used it for a few years. I wish there was a 4.75 stars I could give it… My only issue is that sometimes my iPhone wont answer the call quickly enough and it goes to voicemail. Or that my texts dont go through (also true with iMessage app) IMO you should disregard those low reviews and try this product for yourself because I think youll find, as I do, that it becomes hard to live without it. To the Line2 team: please keep improving this product and make it 100% perfect for us.

Overall OK But Needs Improving

Ive had the app for some time now and try to use it for my small business and a 2nd line on my IPad. I think overall it works for managing calls and texts. What I dont like is that the app has to be open in order for me to hear the ringer. I wish there was a way it could ring without having the app open.

Rocking Since 2009

Been with them for over 7 years. They have grown and keep getting better. However, every time I get use to a certain (part of the package) feature, they reduce the package and make that feature billable (extra charge). So they are beginning to nickel and dime this service. I just want it to keep my number and basic functions that others keep FREE. (Considering CHANGE!)
